I have been in the financial industry for the last decade. Most of this time has been spent in Australia. I spent 3 years in various branch facing roles in the early stages of my career. I then moved into an Assistant Relationship Manager role for the next 4 years. For the previous 3 years prior to moving to the UK & into debt advisory I was a Senior Relationship Manager for one of Australia’s “big 4” banks.
I managed a debt portfolio of approx. $200m AUD & $300m AUD in deposits. This was across 28 key client group relationships. Over my time in this role, I grew my portfolio by 30% across the board in debt and deposits. I was recognised as a top performer in my area of the bank the last 2 years in this role.

Alignment between words and actions
If there was one change I could make in the world, it would be to eradicate homelessness. Providing individuals with a stable and secure home goes beyond only giving them shelter, I believe that its important to provide them with a sense of self and purpose. When people have a roof over their heads and a warm bed to sleep in, they are in a better position to reintegrate back into society.
Elon Musk – His innovation is undeniably impressive. A true outlier I admire with an unconventional approach. I am both fascinated and frightened of him.
Joe Rogan – The interviews he has had with experts in various fields make him unique. He can potentially provide valuable insight and information across various topics.
Martin Luther King- apart from what he stood for – injustice and inequality. I am blown away by how he managed to gather millions of individuals to Washington DC for his iconic “I have a dream” speech, during an era of an absence of instance communication being available to the masses. The fact that he managed to inspire so many people is a testament to his leadership.
Ideally spending quality time catching up with my loved ones

I would most likely be running another business, there is something beautiful about watching your ideas come alive.
I’ve also always wanted to publish my own book and have an art gallery. Unfortunately the starving artist look is not one I wanted to pursue, so maybe after I retire!
To publish a book – which I started at university.
It would be to have more than one superpowers… yes there always has to be one person who isn’t satisfied with just one.
If I could have one main superpower it would be to help people reach their full potential. Image a world where every single person you ever met was able to meet their full potential and be the best person they could be. I hope to one day see this.
I do have a thirst for knowledge, so would appreciate a superpower where I have all the answers to any questions in the world.
The universe is expanding, but what are we expanding into?
